I saw Vampiric Sword Hilts for 1/-1, 2/-1 and 3/-1. Is there a 5/-1 Vampiric Sword Hilt?

No. 5/-1 is only for Bows and Hammers. Swords and Axes go up to 3/-1.

Only for hammers, I believe, as they swing slower.
